FEBRUARY 4-5 IT SYSTEMS OUTAGE
FEBRUARY 4 & 5 PLANNED IT SERVICE OUTAGE
IT technicians will be performing critical datacenter upgrades February 4, and 5, 2022. The bulk of the work will be performed Saturday, Feb 5 from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM. During the work period, access to many ESU-hosted systems will be unavailable. These systems include (but not limited to):Banner, OnBase, Cognos, DegreeWorks, Recruit, Point ‘n click, SkyLab and SkyPrint. Cloud hosted systems will NOT be impacted, such as Canvas, Office365, Zoom, T2, and TouchNet.
Additionally, on Friday, Feb 4, the preparations for the Saturday maintenance will include powering off some authentication services for a short time between 5:30 and 7:30 PM. Access to Office 365, VPN and Canvas will be interrupted for a brief period. This is necessary to provide access to these services during the longer maintenance period on Saturday.

THE ESU WEBSITE WILL NOT BE DOWN DURING THE MAINTENANCE, HOWEVER, NO UPDATES CAN BE MADE TO THE SITE ON FRIDAY, FEB. 5. WE WILL PROCESS ANY OUTSTANDING WEBDAC REQUESTS FOR CONTENT UPDATES ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 7.
